Tinker Edge T is a single-board computer designed for AI applications, featuring the Google Edge TPU, which enhances processing efficiency and reduces power consumption. This onboard machine learning accelerator delivers four tera-operations per second (TOPS) at just 0.5 watts per computation and is optimized for TensorFlow Lite models, facilitating easy compilation and execution of common ML models.

Advanced Power Design

Most SBCs provide only 15 watts (5V 3A), leading to instability with multiple devices or reduced I/O performance. Tinker Edge T's power design, combined with a DC head power supply, delivers up to 45 watts for stable operation and full I/O performance. It also features automatic power protection, safeguarding the board and connected devices from significant current or voltage changes.

NXP i.MX 8M processor

Powered by a quad-core ARM-based NXP i.MX 8M processor, Tinker Edge T is ideal for graphics, machine vision, audio, and safety-critical applications. It features 1 GB of LPDDR4 memory for faster speeds and lower power consumption, along with 8 GB of onboard eMMC storage and an SD 3.0 interface for faster OS, application, and file access.

Heatsink included

Tinker Edge T includes an active heatsink, which helps improve heat dissipation under heavy loading or in hot ambient environments.
