Arducam B0395 8MP IMX219 NOIR V2 Night Vision Camera Module for Raspberry Pi
Beschreibung
Arducam Raspberry Pi Camera NoIR
This IR-sensitive Raspberry Pi camera module uses the Sony IMX219 8-megapixel sensor, which gives you all the specifications offered by the regular V2 camera module, but with one difference: it does not work with IR filters (NoIR = no IR filter.). This means that your photos taken during the day will look very reddish, but it allows you to see normal scenes in the dark through infrared light.
The Pi NoIR is very popular among wildlife enthusiasts: with a few infrared LEDs, you can monitor the activities of nocturnal animals in your garden without disturbing them. You can also use it to monitor the health of your green plants at night. You don't need to keep an eye on your plants at all times, just use the camera to record them.
- Available for all models of Raspberry Pi 1, 2, 3, and 4B.
- Can be accessed via the MMAL and V4L APIs, and there are many third-party libraries built for it, including the Picamera Python library.
- Note: This camera module is only supported with the latest Raspberry Pi OS Bullseye (released on January 18, 2022) and libcamera, not with the previous Raspberry Pi OS (Legacy).
