Keithley 7700 20-Channel Multiplexer Module

The 7700 is a plug-in module featuring a configurable multiplexer system. It offers either 20 channels with 2-pole switching or 10 channels with 4-pole switching, which can be set up as two independent multiplexer banks. Additionally, it includes two protected channels specifically designed for current measurements.

A key feature is the built-in automatic Cold Junction Compensation (CJC), eliminating the need for extra accessories when conducting thermocouple temperature measurements. The module employs latching electromechanical relays, enabling high-frequency signal handling up to 50 MHz.

Particularly well-suited for temperature applications involving RTDs, thermistors, and thermocouples, the 7700 boasts several notable characteristics:
