The Plug-in Module 7700 offers 20 channels for 2-pole or 10 channels for 4-pole multiplexer circuits, which can be configured as two independent multiplexer banks. Additionally, it provides two additional protected channels for current measurements. The automatic CJC is designed to perform thermocouple temperature measurements without the need for additional accessories. Furthermore, the 7700 includes self-holding electromechanical relays that allow signal bandwidths of up to 50 MHz. It is particularly suitable for RTD, thermistor, and thermocouple temperature applications.
