Miniware MDP-L1060 Electronic Load Module

The Miniware MDP-L1060 is a high-performance, pocket-sized electronic load module designed for both versatility and precision. Its stackable design integrates powerful functionality into a compact form factor, making it ideal for a range of testing scenarios, including mobile applications. The module supports a maximum load of 60V, 10A, and 100W.

Operating Modes

The MDP-L1060 features four distinct working modes:

• Constant Current (CC)
• Constant Voltage (CV)
• Constant Resistance (CR)
• Constant Power (CP)

Advanced Functions

This module offers five advanced load functions for specialized applications:

• Battery capacity testing
• Battery internal resistance testing
• Dynamic testing
• Factory testing
• Over-current protection testing

Note: Advanced functions require the MDP Display Module for operation.

Safety Features

To ensure safe operation, the MDP-L1060 incorporates six protection mechanisms:

• Over-voltage protection
• Under-voltage protection
• Over-power protection
• Over-current protection
• Over-temperature protection
• Anti-reverse connection protection

Built-in Battery

The MDP-L1060 includes a built-in battery that:

• Functions as a temporary power supply
• Ensures continuous testing during power interruptions or when changing power sources
• Operating time: Approximately 50 minutes at maximum load (100W) in 25°C ambient temperature.
• Charging: Via USB-C interface on the back of the device

Firmware and Connectivity:

• Embedded with e-Design Developed DFU (Device Firmware Upgrade) capability
• Supports remote control via 2.4G wireless connection enabling complex remote control and advanced functions through MDP display control module
