The Siglent F503ME is used to calibrate Siglent vector and spectrum analyzers. Standards include a fixed 50 Ω termination, an open load, a short load, and a through adapter. The performance specifications of the F503ME are very similar to those of the Keysight 85032B mechanical calibration kit, and it can be used as a replacement for the 85032B.
