SIGLENT's SDG1000X is a series of dual-channel function and arbitrary waveform generators designed to offer both high performance and versatility. With specifications including a maximum bandwidth of up to 60 MHz, a sampling rate of 150 MSa/s, and 14-bit vertical resolution, the SDG1000X delivers exceptional signal quality for a wide range of applications.

The proprietary EasyPulse™ technology addresses the limitations of traditional DDS generators in generating pulse waveforms. Additionally, the dedicated square wave generator produces high-frequency square waveforms up to 60 MHz with minimal jitter. These advanced features enable the SDG1000X to provide users with a diverse array of high-fidelity, low-jitter signals to meet the evolving demands of complex and varied applications.
