The SDS1000+ series comprises dual-channel universal digital oscilloscopes with bandwidths of 50 MHz, 100 MHz, and 150 MHz. Up to 2 million points of memory depth guarantee high waveform resolution on the time axis and still allow for the capture of longer signals.

With its 7-inch TFT screen, it provides ample space for signal display at 800 x 480 pixels. Together with a sampling rate of up to 1 GSa/s, the SDS1000+ series supports 32 parameter measurements and common mathematical operations to accelerate complex or repetitive measurements.

Features

Memory Depth up to 2 Mpts

With the Long Memory mode, you can use a higher sampling rate to capture the signal in detail and then zoom in on the interesting signal range.

Automatic Measurements

The SDS1000+ series supports measurement types for voltage, time, and delay with a total of 32 different parameters. Up to five measurements and all measurement parameters can be displayed simultaneously on the screen.

Zoom Function

The zoom function can expand a segment of the waveform, allowing the user to not only have an overview of the entire signal but also a detailed view of the enlarged segment. The zoom function is a convenient way to find and analyze a specific signal segment in detail.

Pass/Fail Function

With easy-to-set-up user-defined test templates, the oscilloscope compares the currently measured signal with the template mask, making it suitable for long-term signal monitoring or automated production testing.

Mathematical Functions

The SDS1000+ series offers 5 mathematical functions: +, -, *, /, FFT. It is also possible to display the signal and FFT diagram separately or together.

Digital Recording

The SDS1000+ series can record signals in real-time and without dead time. It provides 7 MB of integrated memory or an externally connected USB memory for data recording. Recorded data can be displayed and analyzed on the screen.
