The SIGLENT SHN900A series of Vector Network Analyzers boasts a wide frequency range spanning from 30 kHz to 26.5 GHz, accommodating 2-port scattering parameter, differential-parameter, and time-domain parameter measurements. These VNAs serve as essential tools for determining the Q-factor, bandwidth, and insertion loss of filters. Additionally, they offer a host of features including impedance conversion, measurement plane adjustment, limit testing, ripple testing, fixture simulation, and adapter removal/insertion adjustments.
With five sweep types available?Linear-Frequency mode, Log-Frequency mode, Power-Sweep mode, CW-Time mode, and Segment-Sweep mode?the SHN900A series VNAs cater to diverse testing needs. Furthermore, they support scattering-parameter correction methods such as SOLT, SOLR, TRL, Response, and Enhanced Response, providing enhanced flexibility for both research and manufacturing applications.
