The Siglent SSA3000X-R series of real-time spectrum analyzers are powerful and flexible tools for complex RF spectrum and signal analysis. The instruments support up to 40 MHz analysis bandwidth and have a very low 7.2 µs 100% POI (Probability of Intercept). Multi-dimensional views, advanced triggering and RF data capturing help to master modern RF signal callenges. Easily analyze hopping frequency, conflicting channels, spectrum interference and more.
The SSA3000X-R series not only offer the tracking generator as standard, but also a powerful Vector Netzwork Analysis (VNA) mode for measurement of S11 and S21 parameters as well as a distance-to-fault mode for cable and antenna testing. The devices can optionally be extended with wideband modulation analysis and extensive EMI pre-compliance measurement functionality.
Applications include broadcast monitoring and evaluation, mobile phone analysis, IoT, WiFi/Bluetooth applications, research and development, training, production and maintenance.

Features
Real Time Analysis Mode
Density, 3D, Spectrogram and PvT views are available. Multiple views and dimensions allow to monitor complex signals with ease.
Vector Network Analyzer Mode (VNA)
The vector network analysis comes as standard and allows the measurement of S11 and S21 parameters. Several views including Smith chart are supported.
Distance To Fault Mode (DTF)
Test cables and antennas with the integrated Distance To Fault mode using time-domain analysis.
Frequency Mark Trigger (FMT)
With help of the Frequency Mark Trigger (FMT), you can set different trigger power levels on individual frequencies. This enables triggering on a small signal in the presence of a big signal, which is extremely useful when analyzing intermittent, interfering, pulse and frequency hopping signals.
Density View
The Density view shows the frequency on the horizontal axis, the amplitude on the vertical axis and the probability consistent with the color. It is also called Histogram Persistence or Persistence Spectrum and very useful for analysis of time varying signals and signals with large dynamic range.
3D Spectrogram
The 3D spectrogram shows continuous spectra over time, using different colors to represent the spectral level. It is useful for analyzing time variant signals, such as the transient oscillation of a VCO or frequency hopping signals like radar and EW. The SSA3000X-R can save up to 50,000 traces in the history for playback.
Modulation Analysis Mode (AMA/WDMA Option)
Vector signal modulation analysis for analog (AM/FM) and digital (ASK/FSK/PSK/MSK/QAM) signals with the full RTSA bandwidth of 25 MHz (40 MHz optional). Supports Error Vector Magnitude (EVM) evaluation as well as data recording to the computer and recorded data playback together with a Siglent SSG5000X HF signal generator.
EMI Measurement Mode (EMI Option)
Extensive EMI pre-compliance measurements with CISPR 16-1-1 EMI filter and built-in CISPR band A/B/C/D presets for easy comparison with regulatory emission limits. Supports Peak, Quasi-Peak and EMI Average detectors and multiple pre-stored standards. Bar graphs and continuous signal monitoring allow for quick detection of the maximum amplitude.
Large Multi-Touch Screen
A 10.1" high-resolution screen with multi-touch functionality ensures easy and efficient operation. Mouse and keyboard connection is possible via USB.
1 Hz Minimum Resolution Bandwidth
The minimal resolution bandwidth (RBW) of 1 Hz makes it easy to clearly observe and separate signals with minimal frequency differences.
Super-Low Displayed Average Noise Level
The SSA3000X-R series is designed around a low noise, high-performance RF front-end which offers low background noise (DANL) and a standard built-in preamplifier. The device's high sensitivity improves weak signal monitoring.
Outstanding Phase Noise Performance
The excellent phase noise of < -98 dBc/Hz (fc = 1 GHz, @10 kHz) enables users to evaluate most synthesizers and signal generators.
Advanced Power Measurement (AMK Option)
Directly display ACPR, Channel Power, Occupied Bandwidth and Time-Domain Power.
Spectrum Monitor (AMK Option)
Observe the power distribution of the signal through the color temperature of the spectrogram. The color temperature indicates the power of the distributed frequency.
Browser Remote Control
Remotely monitor and control your SSA3000X-R over the network with a web browser.
EasySpectrum PC Software
Pre-program multiple scan events into one report. Easily configure limit lines, correction tables and quickly find peaks.
