Description
Have you ever wondered what concentration of natural gas and methane is present in your living room? You can easily measure it! The MQ4 breakout board is a simple sensor that detects natural gas and methane (CH4) in the air. At optimal operating temperature, it quickly detects concentration changes in the air ranging from 200 to 10,000 ppm.
The breakout provides digital and analog information via the easyC system. Data from the sensor can be accessed through easyC.
Recommendation for using this product:
When gas is detected, the LED lights up. If the sensor does not detect gas, the LED is off. Four mounting holes allow for easy attachment to surfaces. The board includes three header pins.
