Description
Invisible gases are present everywhere. Although we usually do not have to worry about them, they can be highly flammable and dangerous in certain situations. The MQ9 breakout board detects carbon monoxide, methane, propane, and other flammable gases, allowing you to take timely action. The sensor detects carbon monoxide concentrations ranging from 10 to 1000 ppm and concentrations of other flammable gases from 100 to 10,000 ppm.
The breakout provides digital and analog information via the easyC system. Data from the sensor can be accessed through easyC.
Recommendation for using this product:
When gas is detected, the LED lights up. If the sensor does not detect gas, the LED remains off. Four mounting holes allow for easy attachment to surfaces. The board includes three header pins.
