Description

Bambu PETG-CF is a composite material consisting of PETG and carbon fiber. The new formula greatly improves printing quality by reducing nozzle clogging and clumping compared to traditional PETG. With the addition of carbon fiber, Bambu PETG-CF offers improved strength while maintaining good toughness and a shiny appearance. It is an ideal material for drone parts, racing models, and various functional parts that require both high performance, especially impact strength, and a sleek appearance.

Printing Tips

  • Bambu PETG-CF needs proper drying before printing. Drying conditions: 65℃ for 8 hours. Store in a dry environment after use. Dry before use if the material absorbs moisture. For more details, please refer to: Filament drying instructions on Bambu Lab Wiki.
  • To achieve stronger Z-adhesion, please set a higher infill density and do not use an open-frame printer or set fan percentages too high to avoid overcooling.
  • To achieve shinier looks, set lower speeds and relatively higher temperatures.
  • Feel free to reuse your Bambu Reusable Spool. Bambu Lab has designed the entire filament feeding system around a reusable spool design and achieved at least 20% less plastic waste in filament consumption.
  • All printing parameters are embedded in RFID, which can be read through Bambu Lab AMS (Automatic Material System). Load and print! No more tedious setting steps.
  • Although PETG-CF is compatible with AMS, it's not ideal for AMS Lite.
